It really depends on who can tire out there opponent first the get them to submit...or who is fast enough to do a manuever that will lead to a submission move...
So Bret Hart would win all the way.
Although Kurt Angle is faster, he can't go fast against Bret Hart for Bret Hart is like a brick wall, and will be hard to take down or do tricks with.

sadly to say this as a fan of both bret hart and kurt angle i would say angle because hes an wrestling machine and hes got the ankle lock.

This is tough, especially because they wrestled in different eras. I would have to go with Kurt Angle, I mean the guy won a gold medal in this sport lol. But as far as reasoning goes, the guy's technical skills are unmatched and I think that's what gives him the edge.

Chris Benoit would win i dont care if he was a choice he has bretts sharp shooter angles ankle lock except it is a leg lock
