To receive a full scholarship, one must have a 3.5 GPA, 75 community service hours, and a 1270 or 28 and higher SAT/ACT respectively. If you ask me, the requirements for the standardized test are incredibly easy, so many easily attain this award. Its 100% tuition to any public state school within FL.

Uh, no. But the tuition is reduced to "in state" fee. If you are not a resident, check with the university/college to see what their residency requirement is... at my school, it's one year. "Out of state" tuition is about 3 times as much!!
