I once had that crappy *** job back in college. Umm let's see here are a few ideas....
What sort of qualifications do you have/did you need for this job?
Do you think those qualifications prepared you to do your job safely and effectively?
What is the best/worst thing about your job?
What is the most dangerous aspect of the job or what was the worst thing that happened to you?
Do you feel your job is important?
Do you have the support of the law enforcement community?
Security guards catch a lot of bullsh@t and I personnally hated the job but when I worked as one I gained some respct for some of the guys because where I worked we actually got shot at a few times. People tend to only think of the faild-cop-turned-rentapig who harass teenagers but they arent all like that. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Ask how they deal with people who haven't actually broken any law/rule but they are somehow making others uncomfortable anyway. How do they keep from unfairly stereotyping someone?
I had a job like that and the most difficult people to deal with were the people who were obviously 'trouble' but hadn't done anything yet that could get them thrown out. Really suspicious teens, people who are obviously junkies looking to steal, etc..
