If you were a vicitim of racism by a person you knew, you got spat on in the street and were called Packi scum, would your report it to the police or would you get you brother and cousins to help you beat the cr@p out of him?

Report it to the police, I only go vigilante when pushed WAY too far, and my days of fighting wars with other schools have long since died out! I'm not overleyy violent anymore, and why bother getting your brother and cousins to do a job for you when you can do it yourself!

I think the police would take this very seriously and do all they could to stop this kind of abuse. Abuse or bullying should never be tolerated in any form, by any nationality. We are all equal and have the right to live a free and civilised life. If the police do not help, ask them why and if you are not happy with their answer take to the top and in writing. Always put things in writing and keep a copy!! Good Luck

Tell the police, they take these things very seriously.
Please remember though, it isn't just Pakistanis who are the victim of racism, nor is it only white people who commit racism. All colours and creeds can, and are victims of racism, and anyone, coloured people included is capable of being racist.
I sometimes think the media don't accept that white people are also racially abused, as the headlines are generally saved for asian victims. Take a mental note in future and see what i mean.

Do you have proof and/or witnesses? If not, the police won't do much for you :-/ However, getting people to help you beat him up would get you in trouble, although I tihnk it would be justified, I'm not so sure the police would agree. So do as you will, but unless you have proof, going to the police won't help.

Its called Assault if you been spat at you can sue the person for that If the person used Verbal Racist remakes its consider a Hate Crime, if you have Witness that saw this happen too you.
