Hi, i suffer from an oily face too....even though its washed day & night.
The products i use -

Firstly for my face wash i use Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin Formula by Clinique

For my moisturiser i use Cliniques Moisture In-Control
It ' Provides hydration to oily skin while absorbing excess oil. Teaches skin to reduce oil production through mnemonic technology. Helps to firm, retexturise skin. Reduces fine lines and wrinkles.'

I then use a primer (which i think is the key product to keeping the shine at bay)
Any oil free one is great i use the NARS oil free one

If my face is having a lovely few days of being really oily i use Clinqiues T-zone shine control

And the powder i use is Rimmel anti shine

I also keep in my bag Cliniques oil blotting sheets

Make sure anything you put on your face both make-up and skin care is oil free! unfortunately its not going to be cured as its your hormones that are controlling how much oil is produced, you may find going on the contraceptive pill may help reduce the symptoms.
If you continue to suffer with it visit you GP he/she maybe able to help!

good luck!

I have used these little very thin blotter papers that I get from an upper end drug store. I can't remember any brand names, but I bet some woman there could tell you if they have them. They tear out of a little booklet thing that you can easily carry in your pocket book or coat. You just dab them and they blot up the oil while leaving a light touch of powder. They are great. Hunt for them.

First of all you should be using product with no oil in them and a good facial cleaner (only twice a day). If you use a foundation, mix it with alittle oil-free moisturizer to help it stay on longer. Then use a pressed powder all over your face(eyelids too) and onto your neck (no too much) finish the rest of your make-up as usuall and then at the end dust a loose powder all over your face to set the make-up.
Good luck

Most face lose powders help keep oiliness at bay. Also perhaps a alcohol based solution before applying make up to dry the skin out a little.

You can go to walmart and get the Clean & Clear blotting sheets. If you reapply powder on your face to get rid of oil, it will make you look cakey and also could cause breakouts. But blotting sheets are quick, easy, and discreet. I love them!

Try to get some make up that don't have oil in them with natural ingredients. Also there are these types of sheets that you can blot on your face to make oil go away, too. There are also oil-control gels that you can put on before putting on make up that reduces oil, too. It won't take all of it away, but it'll control it and reduce it. :)

In bodyshop you can get some paper tissues that you can blot your face with and the shine is supposed to go

Try "Benefit" Dr. Feelgood balm. It's not a powder. You use it when ur face gets shiny, and it makes ur skin look and feel smooth. You can try it urself at a Benefit's makeup counter, you'll love it!!

You can also try using a powder instead of cream or something. And like someone else said, use oil reducing whipes and everything.
