It is true that Cingular is the only carrier with rollover, but there are many other factors you may want to look at. Compare all the carriers at once at http://www.cellufinder.com . It also provides links to the best phone deals for your preferred dealer. Wouldn't do anything until going there first.

as far as I know cingular is the only carrier that has rollover I use alltel and I have 1000 minutes to use between 2 phones nights and weekends start at 7pm, unlimited Mobile to Mobile, and national calling. and my bill is like 98 a month I'm happy w/ it.

To my understanding only Cingular has rollover. But it you use an obscene amount of minutes Sprint has an unlimited plan $199, and their service is getting better!!! PEACE!!!
