Emma Edmonds is one, but there were probably more women than that...

I found this, too:
Occasionally it is reported that a woman, dressed as a man, has suceeded in joining the army. One such incident that is making headlines is the "course-looking ugly creature," named Harry Fitzallen. "Harry, who was dressed in a tightly-fitting cavalry uniform, was taken to jail....During the conversation she said her name was Marian McKenzie." According to Harry/Marion, "Shortly after the breaking out of the war she enlisted in a Kentucky regiment at Newport and served two months. Upon her sex being discovered she had to quit. She enlisted several times after this in as many different regiments and was several times arrested....She says she went into the army for the love of excitement and from no motive in connection with the war, one way or another." Harry/Marian and her companion, Mary Jane Prater, also captured"in the shape of a female wearing male apparel" are charged with being spies and sent to the Ohio County jail. The case becomes even more complicated when Ms. Prater is discovered to be pregnant.
