Teddy Roosevelt was pretty damn good. He's considered the first "modern" American president. He considered himself to be "progressive" and helped implement trust-busting laws. He's also responsible for the FDA. He played a big role in the creation of National Parks as well.

His foreign policy, for better or worse, had the US flexing its muscles more aggressively.

While Reagan's record is mixed, he did boost Americans spirits and make us feel on top again. After vietnam and the 70s, I think Americans were not feeling that positive. Reagan's spirit lifted us.

As others have noted, Ike was pretty good too.

Reagan was the only good one..I hate the way they've built Lincoln up to be someome who cared about slavery when that wasn't very high on his list.
The Civil War was originally about unfair taxes, state's rights, and the right of a people to govern themselves...all issues where Lincoln was on the wrong side.

Of course there were other good Republican presidents, if the current president gets a fair shake, I believe he will fall into that category because of his response to terrorism, and impact on the economy. The last great Republican president was of course Ronald Reagan.

Just to add, good Democratic presidents in modern times would have to include FDR, Harry Truman and JFK.

Eisenhower was pretty good, he did many things for this country such as the interstate highway system. After that I can not think of any. I am not sure that Lincoln was that great as he was a one issue president and those in the south were against that issue.

I think that largely depends on whether you're a democrat or a republican. If you're a democrat, then the answer would most likely be "no." If you're a republican, the answer would most likely be, "yes, tons!"
As for myself, some presidents have been better or worse than others, but I have yet to find one that I found to be satisfactory in all fields. Oh well.

Ronald Reagan has to be one of the best presidents we ever had.
If you are looking for a low rated president I have a Democrat for you: Jimmy Carter (good person) but has to rate very low in the presidential list

Teddy Roosevelt. The Man. Without him we would be a collection of serfs under control of the richest of the rich. America desperately needs another just like him. Someone to protect our great country, not make other men obscenely wealthy.
