If I didn't know better, I would think that you are my step-daughter! She is always asking what she can do for money.
Deliver papers, mow yards, baby sit. At one of the local nursing homes, they have young people read to the residents and help with the activities. Try dog walking, or pet sitting for people on vacation. If there is an orchard near you, you could pick produce.

Mcdonalds' hire at 14 you only get to clean tables and sweep but its a start. Other fast food places might hire that young too you would have to ask and there is only a few so you have to put in your application around March for a summer job.
Baby sitting at $10.00 a day? good grief you need to raise your prices! You need to ask for at least 5.00 an hour that isn't even minimum wage. You could ask to weed gardens for people that cannot or offer to walk dogs each day. Caring for plants is simple job also talk to people that own their own business sometimes they can give you filing jobs to do.

Hi. Fast food joints are a number one employer of teens. Hotels/motels take on extra help for the summer trade. Any concession stand jobs for local parks, etc?

See if a local hospital will hire you as a candy striper. Will the major newspaper in your area use you as a paper girl? The hours involved are teadious, but the pay usually isn't bad.

mow grass you'll get 15 or 20 bucks a yard and you'll have a flexible schedule get 5 yards and you'll have one yard a day weekends off and be pulling down 400 a month tax free. not bad for 14.
