The results show that 60% of people believe that we will use the results to take action and that 40% of people are sceptical. To the 60% I would like to say we will not let you down, we will be taking action. To the 40% I hope that you are pleasantly surprised at the action that we will take and that the commitment you showed in completing the survey is repaid.

You misspelled skeptical and your writing is horrible. So wordy. Can you think of a more concise way to write that crap?

The last sentence means that the company is going to repay your effort in filling out the survey by taking action based on the results of the survey.

In other words - your opinion counts!

They are telling the skeptics (40% of those that took the survey) that, in spite of the skepticism, they plan on taking action and hope the skeptics feel justified in the time spent taking the survey.

It means that the action they were scepical of will be taken and they will be repaid (meaning they will be satisified and won't feel like they wasted their time) for taking the time to complete the survey
