The all-time favorite seems to be "above," probably because it's easy to write a poem containing both concepts. It would be difficult, on the other hand, to incorporate the ideas "love" and "shove" into the same poem. "Dove" isn't bad either. "Of" wouldn't work, though it is a good rhyme, because it would be an unaccented word, and in order to rhyme with "love," it would have to be accented.
