There can be hot flashes and major quivering inside the vagina, pulsating, its almost like an explosion.....you can not mistake it once you have had one! It is Awesome! Maybe if you masturbate or have your partner do it for you until you reach that climax then that will help you identfy what one is....GOOD LUCK!
