First of all, do NOT use a wheel or run around ball, guinea pigs arent like hamsters/gerbils/mice etc. They can break their backs very easily.
Also, do NOT use vitamin drops in water, if you are giving quality pellets- http://www.oxbowhay.com unlimited hay, and fresh veggies (in moderation) than there is no need to add anything to their water. Vitamin drops can cause a lot of problems in the long run.
For her overweight problem, make sure you have a large cage (the requirements for 1-2 pigs is 28in x 56in) if you have a petstore cage, that is most likely the reason she is overweight. Check out guineapigcages.com for information on inexpensive but HUGE cages called C&C.
Another reason might be that she doesnt have anyone to play with, the best thing would be to adopt her a friend (of the same gender) so that they can play together when you are not home.. etc.. Adding another pig really doesnt increase the cost/work.
Again, I recommend checking out the site guineapigcages.com Sign up in the forum, if you want to send me a message once you sign up, my username on there is wickedrodent.
Hope this helps!

Tip:If you just got your Guinea Pig you should not try to pick it up right away you should hold a piece of lettuce and lead it out of the cage(cage needs to be on ground in order to do this trick) once the guinea pig is out of the cage give the piece of lettuce let him/her eat it for a while then pick him/her up and she/he wont notice it and wont be frighten when you come to the guinea pig door cage(Must repeat this everyday)and she/he will know that you are not there to scare or hurt it and will think of you as The Food Man(Friend)*Good Way*.
Tip 2: Make sure your Guinea Pig is getting Vitamin C and the right Foods. Here's a list....PS:You could cut down what he eats.
Carrots,Bananas
Watermelon
Corn,
Lettuce
Grapes
oranges
apples,
pears
broccoli
cantaloupe
cherries
peaches
Make sure
that they get
something that
has Vitamin C.
(for lettuce no
Romanian ice burg)
Tip 3:OK you will need a room,(Please make sure there are NO wires laying around, plants in the middle of no were, and little plastic things laying around and vacuum the place up before you put guinea pig on floor),Bring in some plastic tubes(That you get from the pet store)and lay them down on the grown.Make sure you Close your door. Then let him/her wonder and you can play with him,let him/her run and (he/she may lose wight) at the same time. Also please Don't Fall Asleep.
You can also go to Petco.com to get supplies or go to your nearest Pet Store. Good Luck. ^_^

Relax, all guinea pigs have different personalities! Your piggie may not be used to you yet, for what ever reason, it doesn't matter if you've had her a while now, they can take a long time bonding with a human. Start by holding and petting your piggie for 10-15 minutes a day, talking softly to them. Slowly, you can begin to hand feed, and train your piggie to come towards you for treats. This is the basis for many piggie/human games, and a great relationship. As for the overweight part, talk to your veterinarian for alternate food brands, or maybe cut back on how much or how often you feed your guinea pig. I feed mine 1-2 times a day, and less then 1/2 of there food bowl is ever full. Remember to feed your piggie plenty of fresh fruits and veggies (mostly veggies), and a constant supply of fresh water with vitamin C suppliment drops (or multi- vitamin drops). Good luck!

Buy a ball ( the plastic kind with holes in) put her favourite treat inside so she has to roll it around to get to the treat.
