There is one on your computer, if you are using windows- go to start-> Programs-> Accessories-> Communications-> Then click on-> Remote Desktop Connection..It will go to your Uncle's computer, and you will be able to see his desktop, and you can help him from there. I have not used this program yet, so I really can't tell you how good it is..But I have talked to people who have, and they say it does work fine..Give it a shot, and let us know how you make out..good luck..

Go to www.logmein.com and create a free account. Have your uncle download and install the software. In order for him to add his computer to your acount, you need to give him the email address and the password that you used to create the account. Once hes in your account, he has to add the computer. That is only about a 4 step thing. After downloading it, he has to install it. He has to give you the username and password of windows (if he uses a password) if not then all he has to do is come up with a password for you to access his machine. Its fast and easy. Also , you can have him download realvnc at realvnc.com. All he has to do is install it. But if hes behind a router, then he has to open ports 5800 and 5500. Logmein would be the easiest way to do it.

Good Luck
