have you been watching baseball in the past, oh i don't know, ten years? the yankees have been on top of the division each year, and have had a winning record against the jays every season except 2000.

here is what each season series looked like:

2006-- NYY 10, TOR 8.
2005-- NYY 12, TOR 6.
2004-- NYY 12, TOR 7.
2003-- NYY 10, TOR 9.
2002-- NYY 10, TOR 9.
2001-- NYY 11, TOR 8.
2000-- NYY 5, TOR 7.
1999-- NYY 10, TOR 2.
1998-- NYY 6, TOR 6.
1997-- NYY 7, TOR 5.
1996-- NYY 8, TOR 5.

i think it's safe to say that the blue jays have nothing on the yankees.

Yankees are the best team in all of baseball. They may not win a world series every year, but it is a given they will contend for a world series. They are one of the only teams every player wants to play because they know they will have a chance to win a world series and that is all that matters. So to ask who is better the answer is the Yankees and no other team matters after them.

i love this crew for some causes. they attempt a lot to modify and get extra useful contained in the offseason and they are doing extra useful than fairly some communities ive seen. Getting scott rolen and a bench participant like Rod, their lookin reliable. Their is a yet in this subject although. they are in a unmarried or purely contained in the perfect branch in baseball. taking on the yankees and the protecting champions , Boston Redsox is going to be problematical. i imagine they are going to finally end up with somewhat of luck in 2d position by pulling down the yanks yet purely time wil tell.

Its the Yankees (both are inferior to the BoSox)

The yankees have the better lineup, and as bad as the yankees pitching may look (only Wang is really up there) the Jays are so much worse.

If your talking about history, obviously the Yanks. Just count the rings. If you are talking about the 07 verison, the Yanks. The Jays have done nothing to dispell this fact and NY will be in the hunt again this year.
