It depends on where he is geographically and what time of the year it is. In places that already have mild winters with little lasting snow, I'm afraid his life will become extremely short. However, closer to the poles and especially inside the Arctic Circle at "night," (which can last for months), it will be much longer before global warming eliminates all winter snow.
Frosty just needs to move to northern Norway or Antartica, stick to the shade, and not get too overheated by running around with hyperactive little kids.
