Seems might be called a ram air hood. Or a different version of a shaker hood. Looks like the piece that opens up, is actuated by vacuum, when you stomp on the gas.

There's no particular name for it, It's just a hood with an adjustable air intake scoop. Nice car though, to bad about the wheels and tires.
