unfortunately i know this. im probably the only guy int he world. im a stockboy for Chico's, semi expensive womens clothing line. Spanks are slimming underwear that leave no panty lines. they come in regular breifs, ones the run from mid thigh up to under bust and leggings too. i think they are around 20 bucks and come in black and nude colors. According to the women at work they are the best things ever.

Spanx are underwear that comes all the way up to your boobs, and suck in all your fat. it's good to wear under tight clothing so there aren't any bulges.
