Have you tried putting your head in the freezer till your brain freezes over. Its very effective but remember to kneel on a cushion as it does take a while, we don't want you getting sore kneecaps now do we.

You could try waiting till the engine has warmed up so you get less condensation coming out of the exhaust

Modern cars have catalytic converters and don't produce enough carbon monoxide so you can't do that anymore. See a psychiatrist.
