Ask her how she's doing, how's it been going, is she having a good time tonight. You'll be able to tell if she feels like talking or not, and if she does answer you, you can just respond to whatever she has said. Some people don't like to talk and dance at the same time; they want to listen to the music and just "be". For others, it's a great time to get one on one conversation time.

Nothing-if you talk during a slow dance you should wait for talk and look into her eyes. If you must talk, complement her.

Nothing...just hold her and let the moment be. If you feel you have to talk, tell her what a great time youre having and how you two should do something sometime (if you arent already seeing each other.) if you are, just talk about whatever you usually talk to her about!

Her......how pretty she looks....what her perfume is....her hair looks great.....how nice it is to see her there......
her interests....if she plays sports, drama and or cheer.....
always....talk about her......
It will make her feel special and she will remember you cared enough to say something and thought of her.
