Let's see...
There are the money bribing scandals, lobbyist scandals, Mark Foley Scandal, abandoned report on the Foley Scandal after one was promised by the House Ethics Committee, no help for Katrina victims in New Orleans, procrastination of the illegal immigration issue (the fence has no way to be paid for), unreported pre-9/11 Intelligence failures, abandoning the hunt for Osama after he was already cornered in Tora Bora, failure to even attempt a course change after vowing to do so, Halliburton involvement scandals, secret prisons such as Abu Ghraib, destruction of the Habeas Corpus, the Mission Accomplished speech, NSA illegal wire-tapping program...

The difference between those scandals and Bush's is that nobody died in Teapot Dome, Watergate, or Monica. They did in Iran-Contra but not nearly as many as have died in Iraq. In terms of motive I would not say that the Bush administration is the worst because I don't believe that this was quite as corrupt as the above (except Monica). However, in terms of results, I would say that the Iraq debacle is far worse than any of the other scandals.

Thumbs down , one of the worst .
A failure at this job , just like all the other ones he has held .
Only this time he's taking our country down too . He never should have been given a job with power , has used poor judgment and had bad advice .
The sad part is the the American people voted him in office , twice . What does that say about them ?

LOU DOBBS, CNN ANCHOR: Tonight, President Bush and the Iraqi prime minister are preparing for talks in Jordan that could determine whether the United States succeeds or fails in Iraq. We'll have reports tonight from Amman, Baghdad and the Pentagon.
The president is also determined to push his quiet agenda to create a North American union of the United States, Mexico and Canada without the approval of the people or the Congress.
(...)
DOBBS:A new push tonight to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in this country. And new leadership in Mexico going to office later this week plans for a North American union expected to move ahead without congressional or, of course, the approval of the American people.
Casey Wian tonight reports on amnesty advocates pressuring the new Congress to quickly pass so-called comprehensive immigration reform. That's right. Here we go again.
And Christine Romans reports on the effort to create the security and prosperity of partnership that many call a North American union.

You are asking me to compare a politician with another politician? Let's see...they are politicians, they lie (except for Abe Lincoln). Clinton administration refused to get involved with the genocide in Rwanda, because he wasn't sure it was genocide. His admin sat around debating what genocide was...well, now they know, all they have to do is look at Iraq.

Bush is probably worse than all of them because he has gotten people killed and has taken away the rights of many people living in the U.S. and living outside of the U.S. The constitution follows the flag.

what about when the supreme Court ruled that the wire tappings were a violation of the fourth amendment, or do you not count the supreme court as a institution that can decide who has broken what laws.

If you can, contact me in fifty years. I'll be dead, but I sure would like to see what history says. My gut guess, it's not going to be very good.

Much better than average. Bush has handled some very difficult situations very well. There is no credible evidence of illegal actions on the part of the President or his administration.
