If you are dizzy when you roll over or change positions in bed, you could have positional vertigo. This can easily be treated by an audiologist, ear nose and throat doctor or neurologist. You just need to find one that does BPPV treatments. BPPV is Benign Paroxysml Positional Vertigo and this happens when crystals in your inner ear get displaced. An provider who can treat this will usually put goggles on your head and watch your eye movements on a computer or tv. By lying you back with your head turned to one side or another, he or she can tell by your eye movements or nystagmus (eyes shaking side to side rapidly) which canal the crystals are in and if they are displaced. He or she can also do a treatment to put them back where they belong. There are many helpful sites regarding BPPV, I'll include two below. Please do not try any of the at home treatments yourself before you are diagnosed by a professional. If you do the wrong treatment, you may move the crystals further out of place and make yourself worse! Seek help, you don't have to live with dizziness!

You might be dehydrated. Be sure and drink 64oz of water a day. But it might be low blood sugar. Try doing those things and if your are still waking up dizzy. I would go to a doctor. Good Luck.

The inner ear infection sounds most likely but I had a similar problem from inhaling fumes from Fiberglas. It was so bad one time I couldn't lift my head off the pillow without losing control. I always use a respirator now. There are a few other things that could have the same results. If you were exposed to any chemical fumes yesterday that could be the cause.

You may have a sinus issue.
You may also be anemic. You can become anemic at anytime in your life and not know it.
Check for food intolerance and allergies. An overgrowth of yeast (candida) in your system can cause dizziness. In order to get rid of candida go to your local health food store and ask for help.
