you should just stay bist so then when he calls and if you don't pick up the phone then he will feel bad for not calling you.

Don't assume the worst, and don't assume that this is all about you. It could be that he leads a busy life and that you aren't at the center of it. Why is his not calling "messing things up," and why are you "pissed" if you haven't called either? You put all the expectations off on him. Your attitude is the kind that messes things up and scares people away. If you want to pursue this friendship, then do so, but don't put too much pressure on him to make you front and center. Just act like a true friend and see where things go from there. (True friends don't need so much energy to keep things going.)

I would call him, just for the simple fact that maybe life got a little chaotic for him and has been busy. You really won't know the truth behind why he is not calling you, unless you find out. sitting around waiting for a phone call isn't going to get you any answers. and sure he may or may not tell you what is going on, but at least you could ease your curiousity as to why he stopped calling. and plus, doesn't a phone work both ways? why sit around and wait for him to call?

Give it time....maybe he has a lot going on......friends don't pressure....or feel jealous....give it time.
Remember he had a life before you reconnected......
If you are so concerned leave a message....Hey guy just thought I 'd touch base....hope all is well...Call when you can...
and then wait....if he doesn't call back...well there is a reason...but you've opened the door, a friendly invite for a return call....You've done all you can at this point....
Good luck

Gee, rather than automatically assume the worst and be "pissed", why don't you call and find out if anything is "wrong"?
The world might not revolve around "you", he may just have something else going on that is taking priority!

I wouldn't call him because it could be preceived as you being "needy". Is he married? If you have never read the book "why men love bi***es" you should. Author is Sherry Argov. I'd act way too busy to talk much, but very friendly, ya know?

First thing is to GROW UP! There maybe a perfectly good reason that has nothing to do with you. Out of town, in hospital, lost your number......try getting in touch..........maybe he's just not into you..........but you won't know until you ask.
