I just got an update for my 360 and Windows Media Player 11 and the media player update said that the file sharing program was now built in to the media player(that program that let's you play the music on your computer on your 360) and now my 360 won't display my computer on it's list of music sources. What do I need to do to get it to recognize my computer again?

Open your New Windows Media Player 11. Click On The Library Dropdown menu from the top. Scroll down to 'Media Sharing...', click it.

Sharing Settings should automatically detect the XBox360 Device, just be sure the 'Share Media To..." Box is checked and
Allow the Device.

If this does not work, it must be a firewall issue. You will need to then manually configure your firewall software to detect Xbox360 on the right ports.
