you need to download them using a bit torrent client such as bit comet or azureus. when you have downloaded them you'll have to put an iso loader or emulater on your psp in order to play them. this will only work with a version 1.5 firmware so if you have a higher firmware than this you'll need to downgrade to 1.5. if you have a certain type of psp (ta-082 or something) the downgrading software won't work but you can run games at fw 2.71 apparently. i don't think there's software that can downgrade past version 2.71 fw so if you have higher you're out of luck.

you can't download psp games you have to buy them!!
