In wrestling, we used to do exersises called "bridges". Put your head on the floor and spread your legs out so you are in a tripod, balanced on only your head and two feet. Then slowly move your head around. Start the first day only doing this for a few seconds, and each day you can work up time. Your can also do a back bridge by going over on your back, arching up and doing the same thing.

Keep your hands off the floor so you have as much of your body weight on your neck as possible.

You can also get neck exersisers at sports stores. They involve using weights and a helmet sort of thing, but I don't know if you want to spend a lot of money. Bridging exersises work really well and don't cost any money.

My husband uses a machine at the gym that you put your head in and move up and down, in a yes motion. If you are looking to not go to the gym. There are devices at sport stores, like Dunhams Sports where you put this thing around your neck and it has a small weight attached to it. You can buy that for like $15. Or if you want to spend nothing, have another person do resistance on your head. Get on all fours, with your head downward. Have someone put resistance on the top of your head, and lift. Becarefully not to strain, you can hurt yourself with any of these neck exercises.

what i do is i have a adjustable weight bench i adjust it up at an angle like 40 degrees and then i bench some weight
