Unless it's not in the US or converting a number that would look like a letter such as 2 as Z, 0 as O, 8 as B, 6 as G, 9 as a small G, 5 as S or 1 as I or small L, and combinations could work. Then too computernomics has increased those with A as 4, E as 3, T as 7, then every zip code would be letter. The clarification of the question is really needed.
