I enabled all my active x controls and still can't view monk e mail. I also disbale my pop up blocker. ANyone one have any suggestions. thanks in advance

I think you need to install Adobe Flash 9.

hello.. what do u mean of " monk " do u mean Junk email ? or thats a software ?
if u mean a junk mail u should move it to the inbox then u can view it clearly.
otherwise try to reset ur IE setting , by :
tools, internet options, advanced , restore advaced setting, then go to "programs" next to " advanced " and press the " reset web setting " OK, OK. close ur IE and try again.
also u can explane ur problem so we can understand u .
