In certain countries, they are free.

All carriers have different schemes, so it completely depends on where you are and who your carrier is. You could check their web-site or call their toll free customer care.

It does not look like incoming calls for Net10 are free. In fact, I don't know of any prepaid providers in the US which have this as a feature. Cingular has free mobile-to-mobile minutes on one of its prepaid plans, but there is a $1 surcharge assessed on each day that you make or receive a call.

no incoming calls are not free,,,, when ever you use the phone even to text and calling your voicmail money is getting removed from what you put in your account...
