Hey, Justin,,
No it’s not but in American society it can be considered disrespectful. And or a sign (wrongly) the person is lying or being dishonest.
Truth is many people are just shy, non-confrontational so it’s difficult to look someone in the eye when talking to them. If this is you,,, practice looking not exactly at the person’s face but concentrate on say their left ear, or a spot just slightly outside their left ear. They can’t tell your not looking right into their eyes but with practice it’ll become easier to look into their eyes when talking to them… practice, practice, practice !!!

If you can't look into someones eyes while talking its a sign to that person that you could be distrustful and def disrespectful. It also show that your not confident about yourself. Try to at least look in the eye 50% of the time.

I'm not sure about disrespectful, but I find when someone doesn't look me in the eye I can't really put my trust in them or anything they say. I don't really understand how people can speak to you face to face and not make any eye contact. It seems odd.

Eyes are the window to the soul, it tells you when someone is lying, or straight up with you. Your self- esteem is low let this be the first step on working on you. It's a great feeling when you do this it let people know they can't walk all over you.

in the experience that your going to kill some than ok yet i particularly think of you shouldnt. in case you do look your victem in the eyes it makes it extra extreme yet its in contrast to your going to look at a wall to your left and on the comparable time kill somebody you may understand what your doing. how might or no longer it quite is disrespect becuz your killing them in the 1st place.

yes it is very disrespectful to not make eye contact not only that people tend to not believe what you are saying if you can't look at them when your talking
