Rock music and alcohol always help. Looking for a new job makes me feel better too, (someday I might actually find one). If it's been a depressing rather than annoying day, a bubble bath and chocolate makes it all better.

Grab some tunes and climb on an eliptical machine for about an hour. A good sweat always makes me feel better.
OR, take your laptop to a coffee shop thats playing Christmas music, sit next to the fire and spend the morning on Yahoo Answers! :)

I am so easy to cheer up. I just love a new magazine to read, a nice cup of tea and a bar of chocolate and my pyjamas on. Bliss!

yes one has to cheer themself up, especially in my situation when suffering with cancer you have to do it otherwise you are lost.I have some days right down and I feel like giving up, but than through prayers and inner encouragement I get going again and I am a bright spark for myslef and for my community.

If I have any worries or stress I talk to someone about it. A problem shared is a problem halved. No use going to bed and lying awake with something on my mind.

i think about my honey. i'll call him on the phone, email him, listen to songs that we like, and etc. if he's at work and i can't get in touch with him until the next day, i'll go treat myself to some rented movies and a big bowl of popcorn.

I sit and play with my kids - color, Playstation, build a Thomas the Tank Engine track - helps you forget about the crappy things that happened during the day and helps you remember what's important. (Unless the kids are being a pain in the butt, and then it just makes it worse.) :^)

I try music first, if it did not work I just have a huge bar of chocolate.
If both did not work, I just cry till I feel better
