Of course, he grew into a stunningly handsome young man did he not, an artist, and brave earning an Iron Cross 3rd class for bravery as a runner delivering mesages between HQ and the front line troops in WW1.
Arguaby the greatest leader ever, certainly the greatest of the 20th century and as an evil bastard he is nowhere in it with Chairman Mao and Stalin as rivals, although jews Gypsys and shirtlifters do not hold him in particularly high regard

You should read The Life and Death of Adolf Hitler by James Cross Giblin. It is a fascinating book about all the small details of his life that led him down a very dark and disturbing road. He wasn't born a monster. He became one.

Why wouldn't she? I mean honestly you look at the guy and he wasn't a monster. We make him out to be because WE have to. We can't accept he was a HUMAN because that is too scary. We don't want to accept that it COULD happen again. That is far worse though, because it is going to be the downfall and lead to it happening again. Oh and to those who think this CAN'T or WON'T happen again how about Pol Pot and the Khemer Rouge. How about the genocide in Rawanda?

Believe it or not, Hitler was a fairly normal child. He was a little quiet, but no one could tell what he would someday become.

Of course she did. Later on in life she probably made excuses for her evil son - a mother's love is very strong.
