My fiance just found out that he is Allergic to cotton. So he can't wear boxers or briefs. He doesn't like silk either. Is there any other type of fabric that doesnt contain cotton? What would be a good choice? Where can I buy them? Right now he's wearing silk but I need to do something quick! He doesn't like them! HELP!!

2xist makes a soy/spandex blend (see link), and there may be similar things out there.

Some shops that sell clothing for skiing and other outdoor sports sell undershirts made of polypropolene, and my husband says they are great for skiing. He's never purchased briefs from the ski shop - but they probably make them. Polyproplene is pricey, though.
