They are small enough not to hamper visibility so safety is not issue. Have heard there is something that might work.

scrub with alcohol, let dry, use a small amount of epoxy cement to fill in the holes flush and let cure. the remainder should be water tite and smooth if done correctly.

Buy some expensive superglue and put clear tape over the spot while the glue dries ---use a razor blade to remove tape and excess glue----- this will help for a while --then later on you can buy a new window glass....
