Hi I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and I am wondering if I am pretty safe at this point or would I definently notice a misscarriage? This is my first pregnancy. All ultrasounds have been great and I just had my blood tested to check the baby for neural tubular defects, downs syndrom and spinal bifida and the tests all came back negative. Im just wondering at what point can I put my mind at ease.

Listen to classical music while painting (oil-based on canvas) to keep yourself occupied in the fine arts of life.

I just found out that I was 7 weeks pregnant and that rare blood that kills the baby, runs in my family. I havent been tested yet but I am also terrified of having a miscarriage and it will be my fault. Everything that I had read before said that after the 3rd month, you are okay but you still have precautions. Since you are 20 weeks, dont be so worried. Everything should be okay.

Your fine! If all your test and ultrasounds have come back okay, you should continue to have a safe and healthy pregnancy.
I worried with my daughter and my son throughout the whole pregnancy but I tried to focus on planning for the baby and nameing them!

Congrats!!

your risks of having a miscarriage have reduced since you turned 12 weeks and the baby is most likely to survive at 24 weeks of pregnancy thou its always better to have a full term pregnancy. So you'll be OK congratulation and good luck with you r new baby to be.
