can a six month old cat who has never had kittens actually produce milk?

I just found her nursing her 2 month old baby siblings. They all had the same mom and we had her picked up two weeks ago.
How could she be making milk. She is due to be spayed in two weeks.

wow I suppose that could happen...I have a female approaching that age...will have to watch her as well...
