There is this girl at school, and she focuses on personality rather than looks and I think she might be flirting. (Even though I look good anyway)

Well, I like everything you said except for "Even though I look good anyway." That makes you sound a bit egotistical. Be sure to be humble. Girls can't stand guys who have big egos.

Well you seem to know what you want and how to do it! You seem like you are very determined and that's a very big thing to girls. I think you seem like a nice guy, just show this to her, but be more personal, not online but in person! And listen to other girls, they are right too!
