Tell me all the ways there can be a technical foul.

Is talking a TF (Trash Talk etc.)? I don't know.

"Trash talk" can be a technical foul - most officials will usually give you a warning. Bouncing the ball over your head deliberately is a technical - as is fighting. The bench can be assessed a "tech" for overt demonstrations when a teammate dunks the ball so caution your teammates to save the celebration for the locker room. Violence on the court will lead to a "tech" as will hitting a referee. Swearing in the hearing of a referee will get you a "tech" as well.

6 men on the floor, unsportsman like conduct, delay of game (one warning then T), coach outside the coaches box, bouncing the ball hard on the floor (high school), showing up the ref (NBA's new "Rasheed Rule"), calling timeout when your team has none left.
Those are all the ways I've seen
