I'm moving to Odessa for college next year and I was wondering what jobs I can get that pay well and I can do it while I'm going to college?

Check the local hospitals online job board. Hospitals are open 24 hrs. per/day so they may have a job that would fit your college schedule. You could find something along the lines of clerical, cleaning, etc at a hospital. Plus, hosptials give good benefits to full and part time employees.

Odessa, TX? Sorry to hear about that! The best paying jobs there are in the oil industry, for obvious reasons. Not exactly conducive to college studies...
Don't blow off waiting tables, though. If you hussle and take good care of your customers you can do quite well on tips in the right place. Hint: College students don't tip all that well so the "usual" college haunts might not be the best bet.
