Well without hearing the song, I can only tell you that "Hear you me" was often used in history to mean "Do you understand me?" It has also been picked up by many directors to use in their movies for sophistication in speech. However, this term was used more by the lower classes in history than the upper classes and the only reason people think it's "sophisticated" nowadays is because they don't understand what it means. So basically, it's just a way for someone to ask if you're comprehending what they're asking or telling you.
