I know people whos hamsters lived 4-6 years but most live 2-4 it also depends on the breed of hamster, its living conditions, its food and excercise. Hope this helps!!

There is no such thing as a hampster.
Hamsters, on the other hand, live for about 2 years.

2-3 years is the average lifespan for many of the smaller rodents. Some will live longer, some will live less.
