This should be fairly easy for you.
1/ Find an acceptable definition of mathematics and paraphrase it in your own words - yes this is plagiarising but then so is parroting back whatever is in your course notes. and you have done some work so it's probably o.k.

2/ Invent any utter rubbish you want for the other 6 'definitions' , here are some starters:

Mathematics : The art of photographing vampires. : A large pink thing. : A method for cleaning the last little bit out of the corner of yoghurt cartons. etc. etc.
