Generally in production of a good, in the short run you talk about fixed and variable expenses. Fixed being things like the factory that cost you no matter how much you produce. Variable are things like labour, utilities and raw goods that are varied in relation to how much is produced.
However, in the long run, you can expand your factory or build a second factory if things or going good. Or decrease production to only use half the factory or sell a factory. So in the long run that cost is variable.
On the other hand, by the same argument. Say you want to produce more today. If all of your labour shows up today, you can't expand that in the very, very short run. It takes a bit of time to advertise you are hiring, then hire qualified people and train them to the position. And you would have so much raw materials in stock that you can use. If you want more it will take time to order it and have it delivered. So no matter how much you produced your labour costs and raw goods costs will already be decided.

in the short run expenses are fixed because the demand cannot match upto supply beacuse of the time constraint. however in the long run, supply can easily adjust itself to demand and therefore expenses are variable.

If you had to get a meal right now, you would probably be limited to one restaurant, and you would be stuck with whatever they offered. On the other hand if you had more time (in the long run) you could choose where to go and what to buy.

There is no theory like the one you state. There are long and short run effects but it depends on the type of market structure you choose to be in like pure competition, oligiopoly, monopoly, monopolistic competition etc;.

i have under no circumstances heard of Christians being adversarial to operating shorts, yet at the same time as the authorities bans them you may want to opt for to take under consideration something else. lol What makes you imagine all people might want to imagine different of you for wearing operating shorts? what style of church is this? would not sound Christian to me. Now in case you've been Muslim, shall we all understand the dilemma.
