First of all, yes you are. The way you are going, you will get skin cancer.

Anyway, wear SPF 25 or higher every time you go out, even in the winter. Also, try to avoid the sun. If you are like my friend you must tan easily. She usually looses her tan in the winter, but she still makes sure that she wears sunscreen everywhere she goes. If that doesn't work, see your dermatologist.

Take a shower. Get a sponge and just wash your skin abit. Tanned skin is nothing but pure white skin with alot of cell pigments. You can also cover some up with make up if you happen to be that desperate.

a fake tan? get a self-tan remover, st. tropez makes one available at sephora, or some dance shops. lemons also work, cut them in half and rub the insides on the dark patches. it will exfoliate your skin and lighten the area at the same time. you'll have to scrub a lot.

Wow.... I used to be whiter than Carrot Top and on July I went to the tanning salon, and I accidently fell asleep while in the tanning bed, so I was COMPLETELY ORANGE! So I bought one of those spray ont ans and now my skin has even out it's dark. I consider myslef black now, even though my eyes are blue and I have long flowing blond hair... good luck. =D

Stay out of the sun and tanning beds. Why don't you just pray for skin cancer.

Take lots of showers and try exfoliating body wash or something - apart from that you'll have to wait until it wears off.

I don't think you can do anything about it (at least for awhile!) In the meantime, stay out of a tanning bed!
