Camiguin. Make some searches for this island. It's really beautiful. Once you're here, you won't desire to go back to where you are from. Another peaceful place is Batanes islands...
Baguio? Hmmmmn.. Not really but if you don't want to go to Camiguin and Batanes, you can come to Baguio, my hometown. There are places here you can go to for some peace like Camp JOhn Hay, the Philippine Military Acdemy and others. If you get bored of peace, you can go downtown. The good thing here is that if you decide to experiece peacefulness, you can escape from the noise downtown and if you wish to do otherwise, you can do so.
Tagaytay is also a good place to experiences peacefulness.

I guess, Batanes island and Palawan. Two places almost untouched. The beaches are great and the food, too.
but if i were to rate the Philippines, absolutely beautiful. Not just with the scenic spots, but the beauty and hospitality of the people.

Although I have not been there, all I know is that a place called El Nido in Palawan is the best place for a peace-loving people like you.

antipolo city, rizal. though a city it still feels like a province in many ways. life is a bit laid back, very quiet place to be in a city, and most of all a very beautiful scenic view of laguna lake and in a good day you can see all the way to manila. a very peaceful place just outside manila. iin the provinces the most peaceful i've been to is mindoro province. life there is very simple and the people are very nice specially the native mangyans.

Tinago falls near Iligan City Mindinao. There is no industry or sales, just 180 degrees of water falls cascading over a cliff of vegetation and a lagoon so blue from its depth of 53 feet not ruined by industry and those who wish to capitalize on its beauty. I cried the moment I saw it.

I agree with Mangando....Palawan, the Underground river, Honda bay and island hopping, starfish island is beautiful, El Nido. Definately want to go back.

Cebu City outskirts. Cebu, Philippines. "Liloan", Compostella", and the nearby island of "Mactan". People there are just fantastic. The whole world could learn from these people.
