From what I've heard, it is normal for a woman to have several orgasms while giving birth. I believe it actually helps alleviate the pain somewhat. However this is not to say giving birth is anything but torture, and anyone going through it will probably not be in any condition to notice an orgasm.

My sister-in-law and I both used the Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth. No drugs, nothing and it was GREAT!! Many women experience horrible pain, but I did not, and neither has she.
I have had one child, she has had two. With her second child she did experience an orgasm and it was when the baby hit her g-spot coming out. She said it was incredible!! She has spoken to other women who have also had the experience.
I did not. :( But I still had a wonderful birth experience and it was not the torture-fest that so many women describe!!
Good luck!

If you mean in the final stages then I don't think it would be high on any woman's mind to try (from experience). In the earlier stages where its occasional crampy pains I did find massaging around my vulva pleasant but no orgasm. Never heard of anyone spontaniously cumming during labour.

It is possible to orgasm but I don't think it will help with the delivery. I would ask your doctor if your husband can bring a vibe before just doing it. I don't think it will harm anything but may make everyone in the room uncomfortable.

YES you can, but you don't get it from stimulating your clit, you can get a gspot orgasm from the baby coming out.... Not everyone gets one, but it does happen..... It is not really something I think you try for though, I think it just happens for some women...

Yes! An orgasm contracts the uterus anyhow. PM me if you'd like to hear a personal story on the subject which I don't feel should be shared on a child-accessible site.

I'm sure it might be possible, but in labor, I couldn't think about having an orgasm.

OK, as a mother myself, I can assure you that I have never had an orgasm durning any of my labors. Labor is very painful. I have also never heard of anyone doing this and I also wouldn't recommend trying it. lol
