because they are going to miss them

Generally because we will be somehow personally affected by this person's death in some way.

>>If parent, loss of guidance and unconditional love.
>>f other family member, the memories that brought you to this place in your life.
>>If friend, the companionship of human experience, the good the bad and especially the ugly.
>>If spouse, the joy of being once again free. : ))

In all seriousness, I think it also reminds us of our own mortality and our loved ones still left alive. We now start to imagine a world with loss. It scares the crap out of me when I think of dying. Ya just the thought makes me want to cry. So in essence we are really crying for ourselves. The dead guy can't see or hear us crying for him.

I can only assume that you never lost a loved one when you do you will understand why it's called heart break and you will know why people cry. In my opinion this is one of the most stupid questions to be posted on here!

thats not the attitude when people die, the ones left on earth cry because they can't bear the thought of never seeing their smile again or getting a cuddle off them..they'll miss them...i'm pretty sure you'd cry if someone u loved died except if you don't love anyone...then there's no point in being human...

The brain can't process the information that fast....Crying is something one does from grief or shock. Sometimes people don't even cry at all because they are in shock and crying slowly comes later.

It's the fact that you can't see that person until you die, you'll miss their talk and their love. Also people cry because they are happy, the person is free!

I thought everyone knew about grief, which everyone does in their own personal way. we grieve for the loved one who has passed on, and if one is honest we cry for ourselves also.
I don't think anyone would be human if they didn't. free the person may be, but those left behind are most certainly not.

because there is a lost . they are losing someone close to them and that meant alot to them. it is not always easy to lose someone or even just something. even if i 've lost my wallet , i would cry. it is just the body's response to deal with a traumatic experience. and in all cases of losing something or someone it is classified as traumatic. crying is one of the emotions and this is very natural to cry for losing someone.if you dont cry and bottle up your feelings inside, it might come out in a very undesireable form that may be depression.

When someone dies.. thats it it is final... It's obvious they will be missed.. It's a very emotional to lose someone whom has been around either your whole life or a long time.. It's simply a devastating thing to realize they are gone..

Cuz they will be gone for good. yon will never be able to talk with them, smile... take advice, hepl when they needed, they won't be able to be happy when something good turns in to your life....and they are gone....like a dust ....and you try so hard to keep them alive with your memories , even though they aren't. And when you cry you release your anger, your soul. you except reality and you feel sad about that...that's why you cry.

take care.
