go to meijers and buy a thing that looks like spandex shorts but actually control the fat around not only the belly but the hips and thighs. I use it when I wear a dress. They are located near the lingerie

You've got a Pitta problem if you store "fat" around the belly, it's best read about it in Ayurveda. (The Science of Life.) Traditional, too. Suit yourself. Heh. Lucky blah.

no quick fix im afraid, youll have to get the the gym and work those muscles! you could try some good belly support knickers in the mean time

Lots of situps and crunches. Also when you are working/at school (whichever case applies), you can "workout" by flexing your ab muscles, hold for 2 seconds and release.
