I think that the way we think affect the way we feel because when you think of something you develop a feeling; without thinking you can't know what you feel

Thinking and feeling are really the same thing. Man is made up of three parts; you the spirit, the body and the mind. The mind is the link between you and the body. You are the one who thinks and feels about things. The mind is simply the switchboard between you and the body. An emotion or a thought comes from you. It translates into the body via the mind. For example, have you seen someone who is very depressed and unhappy chronically? Physically they aren't usually in the greatest shape, and the body is reflecting their emotional attitude and their thoughts. Including illnesses.

I think the way we think is going to affect the way we feel. Our brain is the powerhouse to our innerbeing. It controls all. So if you think negative you are going to feel bad, but if you think positive like everyone should then you are going to feel good!

yes, lol.

the way we think affects we feel, but also the way we feel affects our thoughts. for example, people who read a comic strip with their mouth open will find it funnier than those with their mouth closed ( open mouths are usually smiling, so their feelings were affecting their thoughts) Primarily I think that our thoughts affect our feelings.

There is a mind and body connection, for example: if we are physically not feeling well this could effect our thought process, and if we are emotionally/mentally not well, such as depression this effects the way we feel physically. From what I have noticed depression effects ones physical health.

The way we think determines the way we feel, which determines the way we act. That's what cognitive behavioural therapy is all about. By changing our thought patterns it is possible to change the way we view ourselves and the world around us.
