A Good Leader has a purpose.
A Good Leader has a plan, that suits those involved.
A Good leader may walk to the cliff,but backs up and finds another route.
A Bad leader threatens.
A Bad leader suits himself/herself first.
A Bad leader goes no where.

Good: thoughtful, kind, empathetic
Bad: arrogant, not looking at the full picture, only caring about him/ herself
